Snack Time: Smoothie

Today was so hot. The kids wanted a snack. So we made real fruit yogurt smoothies.

Recipe:
2 cups of fruit (today we used fresh strawberries and frozen organic blueberries)
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
a splash of any kind of juice
a handful of ice
blend until smooth
If you want to be extra creamy, throw in a banana.
